2011 Baseball Registration: January 9th (Sunday) 9:00 am-12:00 noon @ Madison Elks Club, January 11th (Tuesday) 7:30-9:30 pm @ Madison Community House and January 16th (Sunday) 9:00 am-12:00 noon @ Madison Elks Club. Players 8 and older must be present to be fit for uniforms; first time players must show proof of residence and original birth certificate. $20 Late fee per family for registrations after January 16th.
